God is calling us to serve the people of Western Colorado through Novo Pioneering Initiatives as Team Leaders. We have lived on the Western Slope of Colorado for over a decade and have begun to experience community transformation. Our focus is to continue working alongside the Western Colorado natives to develop an effective prayer strategy that will result in a disciple making movement. The plan to accomplish this is to train leaders through missional communities to go into the harvest, create discovery groups that make disciples, and see new expressions of church form. This is accomplished through a simple, reproducible strategy of Prayer (praying for the hurting), Care (caring for the needs of the hurting), and Share (sharing about Jesus). As a result we will see God do extraordinary things that transform the communities of Western Colorado.
